Pi-CNG & EVs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with You Jie Te Environment Technology Ltd (YJT) of China, following a five-day working visit led by our Executive Chairman/CEO, Barr. Ismaeel Ahmed OON.
The partnership will support the localisation of manufacturing and assembly of critical CNG and EV infrastructure in Nigeria, including refuelling stations, dispensers, and EV charging facilities. It will also integrate advanced IoT technologies to strengthen real-time monitoring, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across Nigeria’s clean mobility ecosystem.
This collaboration brings to the fore Pi-CNG’s strategic focus on technology transfer, local content development, and building a more transparent, efficient, and investment-ready transport energy system—while delivering cleaner, more affordable mobility for Nigerians.
